The Challenge

"The greatest barrier to the mission field isn’t the call -it’s the process."

Almost 1 in 4 missionaries who surrender to the mission field never make it there.

Many who make it to the field struggle to remain beyond their first term.

Churches often desire to help, but lack the understanding of the intricacies of missionary life.

Pastorate

From 2007-2014 as the pastor of the Berean Baptist Church in North Carolina, God allowed us to learn all of the difficulties in growing and maintaining a church missions program.

Missionary

In 2014, God called us as missionaries to Brazil. We surrendered our growing ministry and started deputation. Over the next 9 years we learned a new language and planted a growing church in Brazil.

Leadership

In 2023, severe health complication due to COVID forced us to return to the USA, but have since allowed us to broaden our impact for Christ by investing our lives into hundreds of other new missionaries.

Working 1-on-1 throughout deputation with new missionaries to teach them how to raise and keep support.
Ongoing training and support for missionaries once they reach the field through virtual training programs and in-person training programs.
Preaching missions conferences and teaching workshops in local churches to encourage the church and challenge them to do more to reach the world.
Leading the effort to provide practical training for God's people to ignite a passion for world evangelism through online courses and training.

Building Missions Infrastructure

In addition to the work that we are doing with Macedonia World Baptist Missions, we also cofounded Missions21 Ecosystems with Anthony Master. The goal is to help train and support Independent Baptist missionaries from all different churches and missions boards.

We are currently serving over 1000 missionaries and pastors through tools and services we provide.

We believe that one day soon every Independent Baptist missionary and church will use our tools to aid them in reaching the world.
